If you choose to go through this program, you will be challenged in new ways. You will understand on an intimate level that your job is not to make your client feel better. Your job is to be a mirror to your client and sometimes showing them the truth means they will feel worse temporarily. You will learn how to navigate this and how to take your coaching from good to amazing as a result. This level of coaching is not about providing temporary relief or insight. It is life-changing work. Especially when combined with your faith. It will challenge you in the process but it will be worth it in the end. I promise.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This is for any coach who is certified through The Life Coach School (and in active status) who wants to become a more confident and more effective coach. It’s for anyone who also wants to learn how to bring a client’s religion into their coaching without having an agenda or being in the pool.

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is a Christian based religion with Christian values. If you are a coach who is a member of my church, you will love this program. But if you are a member of a different faith or you simply value a spiritual approach to coaching but do not identify with any particular faith, every tool I teach will be adaptable and we will discuss the application of it in any setting.
